The core mission of the Rise Leadership Academy (RLA) is to empower called leaders (Age: 20 & up) to step into their God-given mission in ministry or the marketplace. We remove all financial barriers so you can gain an Unshakeable Identity in Christ, be equipped for the Purposeful Execution of Your Calling, and develop the tools for Impactful Influence in every sphere.

Our philosophy is rooted in Servant Leadership and leading from the overflow of God's grace. We believe every Christian is called to lead a world that overflows with goodness, and our curriculum is designed to cultivate this God-given fullness, preparing leaders who go first in every way.

Upon completion, students will achieve three (3) core outcomes:

1. Unshakeable Identity in Christ

2. Purposeful Execution of Your Calling

3. Impactful Influence in ministry and the marketplace.
